/skip
Skips the current song, or jumps to a queue position.
Whoever requested the song can always skip it. If the server uses voting, everyone else votes and it skips when the chosen share is reached; DJs skip directly.

Who can use it
Listeners
Anyone in a voice channel and, if Marin is already playing, in the same channel. Administrators, people with "Manage Server" and DJ roles always can. If the server turns on "Only DJs control", only they can. Skipping: whoever requested the song, a DJ, or by vote, depending on the server.
