Ask assistant
An AI assistant that answers with your server's real data.
>ask looks at channels, roles, the leaderboard, profiles and the channel's recent messages, always within what the person asking can see. Answers are generated with Google Gemini.
It understands images, GIFs, videos, audio and voice messages (up to 4 per message), and can put text on an image or turn it into a GIF. That editing happens on Marin's server, at no cost.
If you turn it off, >ask says it's disabled and Marin stops saving the server's messages.
With the assistant on, Marin keeps recent channel messages for 7 days for context. The privacy policy covers it in full. Read it in the privacy policy
Where to set it up
It comes turned on. To turn it off: /setup → Premium Modules → Ask Assistant, or from the web dashboard. That switch doesn't need Premium.
