/setup, /help and handy commands anyone can use.

This is where /setup lives, which is how every module gets configured, plus /help and the utility commands any member can use.

Text commands always start with >. The prefix can't be changed.

Commands

`>avatar`	Shows a user's avatar, or yours.	Any member
`/help`	Shows the available commands by category.	Any member
`/setup` `>setup`	Opens the menu to configure Marin's modules in this server.	Administrators
`>snipe`	Shows a user's recently deleted or edited messages (up to 2 minutes).	Any member
