Stops the music and clears the queue.
Marin stays in the channel for a while in case you want to play something else, then leaves on its own.

Who can use it
Listeners
Anyone in a voice channel and, if Marin is already playing, in the same channel. Administrators, people with "Manage Server" and DJ roles always can. If the server turns on "Only DJs control", only they can. Skipping: whoever requested the song, a DJ, or by vote, depending on the server.
Posts a message in the channel.
