Creates a moderation case. If the user reaches the configured active-warn limit, they get an automatic strike.

Who can use it
Moderators
Administrators always. Otherwise, the role you assign to that command in /setup → Moderation or, if it has none, the general moderation roles.
Posts a message in the channel.

Errors you may see
- You must specify a reason. Usage:
>warn @user <reason> - You can't do that to someone with a role equal to or higher than yours.
>warndoesn't have any role configured yet. An administrator needs to configure it in /setup → Moderation.
