>ban

Bans a user, whether or not they are in the server.

Without a duration the ban is permanent and Marin asks for a confirmation only the person who ran the command can accept. With a duration, the ban lifts automatically.

Who can use it

Moderators

Administrators always. Otherwise, the role you assign to that command in /setup → Moderation or, if it has none, the general moderation roles.

Posts a message in the channel.

>ban @Rex 7d evasión de mute

7-day ban.

>ban @Raider cuenta de raid

Permanent ban (asks for confirmation).

Errors you may see

  • You must specify a reason. Usage: >ban @user [duration] <reason> (no duration = permanent).
  • I couldn't ban this user. Check my permissions and role hierarchy.
