Kicks a user from the server.

Respects the role hierarchy: you cannot kick someone with a role equal to or above yours, and Marin cannot kick someone above its own role.

Who can use it

Moderators

Administrators always. Otherwise, the role you assign to that command in /setup → Moderation or, if it has none, the general moderation roles.

Posts a message in the channel.

Errors you may see

  • You must specify a reason. Usage: >kick @user <reason>
  • I can't kick someone with a role equal to or higher than mine.
  • I couldn't kick this user. Check my permissions and role hierarchy.
